Internet Connection |
On slower connections, such as dial up and cellular modems, and Internet connections slower than 128 kbps, Outlook performance may slow significantly. Customers should configure Outlook to download message headers only. Outlook 2007 and later may be used without an Internet connection in "Offline Mode" to access emails already downloaded from the Exchange servers. Outlook requires 128 kbps of bandwidth for optimal performance. |
